Unsolicited Submissions Policy

Warm Springs Productions does not accept unsolicited information or material including, without limitation, television show pitches, concepts, formats, scripts, ideas, or any other material or information.

As a matter of strict policy, Warm Springs Productions employees, agents, representatives, officers and directors are not permitted to accept or consider unsolicited submissions, including, without limitation, submissions of ideas or concepts, articles, pitch documents, treatments and scripts. Warm Springs Productions policy is to delete or discard any such submissions without reading, forwarding, or responding to them. Therefore, any similarity between an unsolicited submission and any element in any Warm Springs Productions creative work would be purely coincidental.Based on this policy, Warm Springs Productions will not, and has no obligation to, treat any unsolicited submission as confidential or proprietary, and will incur no liability in the event that an unsolicited submission is inadvertently opened, read or responded to by a Warm Springs Productions employee or agent. Any submission, whether unsolicited or solicited by Warm Springs Productions shall become the property of Warm Springs Productions, in the absence of prior written agreement between the Warm Springs Productions and the submitting person or entity, and may be exploited in any way at Warm Springs Productions’s sole discretion. In such event, the submitting person or entity agrees that he is not entitled to any compensation, credit or notice whatsoever, and that by sending a solicited submission, he waives the right to make any claim against Warm Springs Productions, including without limitation, unfair competition, breach of contract or breach of confidentiality, unless otherwise agreed in a prior written agreement, if any.
